CDA Internship Program

Campus Dance Academy’s Internship Program was established to provide pre-professional work experience for high school students looking to enhance their dance and business management background.

Approximately, 2-5 interns will be selected to participate in this program, where they will partner with a mentor and gain valuable work experience in business development and management, arts-in-education, and stage production.

In addition to working with their mentors, interns participate in monthly meetings that promote professional development and provide opportunities to hear from leaders within the organization. Interns may also assist with a variety of special events; gaining exposure to important figures in the Jacksonville arts community.

Internships are most successful if implemented in the same school/campus the students presently attend (PreK - 12th grade institutions), and are always scheduled after high school instructional hours.

Applicants may apply for one or two semesters:

Winter

August 22, 2022 – December 9, 2022

Priority Deadline: July 8, 2022

Final Deadline: July 29, 2022

Spring

January 9, 2023 – May 19, 2023

Priority Deadline: October 14, 2022

Final Deadline: November 13, 2022
